Exactly as I predicted. No charges – there was no probable cause. So put the entire Department under a microscope (no statute of limitations) and “indict” it with a scathing report to appease the “community”. (Maybe it is merited, who knows – after Zimmerman, I don’t know which side to disbelieve.)
I love and support cops – but they have to get their shit together when the current AG would prefer to prosecute them than criminals.
